Managing Director formulates company’s policies and provide guidelines for its day – to-day business operation. He is the Chief Executive to look after the business affairs and other logistic support of the business. He is well experienced in Office Management and National and international Business activities. He is very innovative and diversified. He has already visited many countries in business connection. The Managerial and Technical Staff at different levels is assisted by him.
The overall management of the company is vested with the meeting. The owner is the Chief Executive and responsible to look after the day-to-day management and administration of the company under the board policy/guidelines of the Board of Directors. He exercise those powers which have been delegated to him by the Board of Directors from time to time.
